Waterfall enrichment
Querying several data providers one after another until a valid result is found, instead of relying on a single source.
Waterfall enrichment queries one source, and if it returns nothing — or an unverified value — automatically moves to the next, until a reliable result is found. Every provider has different blind spots, so combining sources sharply increases coverage compared to a single-source pure player.
A waterfall is only worthwhile if it verifies data at each step and charges per data found, not per call. Done badly it multiplies cost without gaining quality; done well it reaches coverage rates no single source can match.
