You only pay for data found. If we find an email, you pay €0.00 excl. tax. If we find a phone, you pay €0.00 excl. tax. If we find both, you pay the sum (€0.00 excl. tax). If we find nothing, it's free. 20% VAT applies at payment.
How does the loyalty program work?
Your excl-tax spend is cumulated on your email address. The more you spend, the bigger your discount (up to -0%). The discount applies automatically to all your purchases.
Can my tier go down?
No, your tier is yours for life. Even if you don't use Listar for a while, you keep your status and discounts.
What's the difference with the old pricing?
Before, you paid a fixed price per contact. Now you pay per data point found, which is fairer: if we only find an email, you only pay for the email.
