Coverage rate
Share of contacts in a list for which enrichment found at least one data point (email and/or phone).
Coverage rate measures how many rows of a file come back enriched. On 1,000 imported contacts, an 80% rate means 800 received at least one data point. It is the first number a buyer looks at, but on its own it says nothing about quality.
A high coverage rate achieved with wrong or stale data is misleading. Always read it alongside reachability rate (does the data actually work?) and separate email coverage from phone coverage, which are often very different.
