Reachability rate
Share of enriched data that actually lets you reach the person (deliverable email, phone that rings).
Reachability rate goes further than coverage: it measures the share of data that works in practice. An email in the file is worthless if it bounces; a number is worthless if it is no longer assigned. It is the most honest indicator of an enrichment's value.
You improve it through verification (SMTP for email, line checks for phone) and source freshness. A serious provider reports a reachability rate, not just a coverage rate.
