Customer-relationship-management software that centralizes contacts, companies and sales interactions.

The CRM (Customer Relationship Management) is the system of record for contacts and deals: HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive… It tracks each prospect from first touch to signed deal.

Its value depends entirely on the quality of the data it holds. A CRM fed with invalid emails and duplicates becomes counterproductive; automated enrichment and deduplication keep it reliable.
