HomeGlossary › Multichannel sequence

Multichannel sequence

A planned series of touchpoints (email, call, LinkedIn) toward a prospect, orchestrated over several days.

A sequence combines several channels in a defined order: an email, then a LinkedIn visit, then a call, then a follow-up. Controlled repetition across channels markedly increases reply rates versus a single send.

Each channel needs the right data: verified email, mobile number, correct LinkedIn URL. A well-equipped sequence therefore assumes upstream multichannel enrichment.
