What the integration does
A dedicated list
Listar creates a static list in HubSpot with the exported contacts, ready to segment or enroll in a sequence.
No duplicates
A contact already in HubSpot is updated based on its email. The others are created.
You choose what to send
The whole list or a selection, with or without contacts lacking an email, verified data only, work or personal email.
Secure connection
The connection goes through OAuth: you authorize Listar from HubSpot, with no key to copy.
How it works
Connect your HubSpot account
In Listar, open Settings › Integrations and authorize the HubSpot connection.
Enrich your contacts
Import or build a list in Listar and run the enrichment, as usual.
Export to HubSpot
From the list, click "Export to HubSpot", pick your filters and start the export.
Good to know
- Contacts are matched by email: a known contact is updated, a new one is created.
- A contact with a phone number but no email can be sent too: it is then created in HubSpot.
- Listar asks for access to contacts, and to lists if you want a dedicated list created.
- You can disconnect HubSpot at any time from Settings › Integrations.
