Salesforce integration

Salesforce, enriched both ways

Import a view of leads or contacts from Salesforce, enrich it in Listar, then send the verified contact details back to your records.

OAuth connection · Revocable at any time

What the integration does

List view import

Pick a view of leads or contacts: it becomes a Listar list, ready to enrich.

Push back to Salesforce

The enriched contact details go back onto the original records, or create new leads or contacts.

You choose what to send

The whole list or a selection, verified data only, with or without contacts lacking an email, work or personal email.

Secure connection

The connection goes through OAuth: you authorize Listar from Salesforce, with no key to copy.

How it works

1

Connect Salesforce

In Listar, open Settings › Integrations and authorize the Salesforce connection.

2

Import a view

From your lists, import a Salesforce view of leads or contacts.

3

Enrich

Run the enrichment on the list, as for any Listar list.

4

Send it back to Salesforce

Click "Export to Salesforce", pick the object (leads or contacts) and your filters.

Good to know

  • Leads and contacts are supported, for import and push-back alike.
  • A contact imported from Salesforce is updated on its original record. Otherwise it is matched by email, then created if it does not exist. A contact with a phone but no email is created.
  • When possible, Listar adds dedicated fields (LinkedIn, work and personal email, phone and email status). Without enough permissions, it writes to the standard fields.
  • Only the values Listar found are written: missing data never erases an existing field.
  • The integration connects to production Salesforce orgs.
