Frequently asked questions
How do you work out the number of contacts to hit a revenue target?
You divide the revenue target by the average deal size to get the number of deals, then work back up the funnel using the close, qualification, meeting-booking and pick-up rates. The simulator does this automatically.
How many calls does it take to book a meeting?
It depends on your pick-up rate and your connected → meeting rate. With a 12% pick-up rate and 15% of connected calls turning into meetings, it takes roughly 55 dials per booked meeting. Adjust the sliders with your own numbers.
How many SDRs do I need for my target?
The simulator divides the total call volume by the number of working days and by SDR. If the per-day-per-SDR cadence exceeds what's realistic (often 30 to 50 calls), add SDRs or improve your conversion rates.
